2. Booking and Payments
Inquiries: A submitted form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Reservation: A booking is only confirmed once a deposit (as specified in your proposal) has been received and a formal agreement is signed.
Balance: The remaining balance must be settled according to the timeline specified in your invoice, typically 7 days prior to the event.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Client Cancellations: Deposits are generally non-refundable as they secure your date and cover prep work. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may incur the full service fee.
Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate date changes, subject to availability and potential adjustment in pricing.
Force Majeure: Necta is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, national emergencies).
